Some Key Points to help you Eliminate Cellulite

Cellulite. It’s not a disease, an illness or a condition. It’s not caused by inactivity, your age, and it’s not your mom’s fault. It’s simply fat — too much in one area. It appears lumpy because of the infrastructure of a woman’s skin.

So you won’t get rid of it with creams, pills and potions — you need to attack it from a much deeper and inner level and NOT fall for all the marketing hypes.

On the subject of cellulite and stubborn fat, I discovered some very interesting information that id love to help and share with you.

Like water bottles and many other factors are making women and men gain more fat because the plastics (BPA’S), environment, pollution and processed foods are entering our bodies and mimicking bad estrogens.

In these day and times we tend to rely a lot on foods in packets, plastics and boxes. In todays busy and stressful times we all have jobs, careers, family’s to feed, look after and entertain people; errands to run — AND we supposed to get 8 hours of sleep each night to ensure adequate hormone optimization and recovery, and keep fit and healthy too. It’s not surprising you tend to grab something quick and easy.

These packets, plastics, processed foods, beverages and boxes (even those promoted as being “healthy”) are loaded with harmful chemicals, preservatives, additives, dyes and things that you don’t even want to know about. Not only do these chemicals and toxins add extra poundages to your waistline — all that “junk” poisons your system making your fat-storing hormone levels go through the roof.

I’ve established 3 major nutrition keys to address in the fight to eliminate cellulite.

Cleanse, detoxify, alkaline, hydrate, balance your hormonal system and internal systems by ensuring your diet is high in quality natural organic foods, enabling superior nutrient delivery to body cells, and thus facilitating optimal and expedited fat metabolism with optimal DAUX (Digestion, Assimilation, Utilization, excretion)
It’s important to maximize nutrition on workout days to promote lean, sculpted lean muscle development, increased energy and enhanced recovery.

Carbohydrates – What we need to know

by: Kevin Levrone

Almost everybody knows that high glycemic carbs, especially
processed ones, spike insulin and cause many health problems as well as fat accumulation

That’s why I try to tell average people who don’t exercise much,is to try limit their intake of even the
healthy white starchy carbs, like rice and potatoes.

Now if you’re an intense exerciser or athlete your metabolic demands and
needs are different, so you can get away with consuming high
glycemic carbs more frequently, as the body like to youse GLUCOSE as prefered energy source.

i also suggest with carbohydrates rather than go too low, rather find the right and correct micronutrients ratio to your metabolic capacity and daily
caloric needs, if you got to LOW for a long period of time, what we do is create an imbalance and we become more insulin resistant and our cells become
less responsive to insulin and have greater chance once ingested again of storing them as body fat.

In fact, it’s desirable to keep your metabolism healthy and insulin levels steady.

I must always recommend never to eat a high glycemic carbohydrate food by themselves.

i always suggest combining these carbohydrates with all-natural lean protein, healthy essential fats and/or fibrous
vegetables to keep insulin nice and stable. This will help you limit fat-storage
and keep your body internally healthy. So we using insulin to our advantage not to spike to high, but at the levels just enough for fueling our energy
and transporting the important amino acids into our cells.

our main problem is really too much sugar, overall high GI carbs which are mainly processed, stress, and trans fats
that appear to be the MAIN culprits responsible for heart disease and over fat gain.

its very important for people to monitor their allergens to wheat and gluten and various other foods, as these can lead to tremendous health problems
Note that one of the WORST carb sources in terms of blood sugar and glycemic load is anything made with wheat or gluten(even so-called
“healthy whole wheat”), which has been proven in blood sugar testing to have a higher impact on blood sugar than even pure
table sugar due to the nature of the Amylopectin-A in wheat foods.

Whole Grains can elevate CRP and inflammation in your body, that is why its important to see how you digest and react to certain grains and how you prepare
is vitally important, so basically focus your nutrition on your bioindividuality as another mans food can be another mans poison.

Good Luck

The Misconception of the Salt Myth

by: Kevin Levrone

Everyone knows and think that salt is bad for you.

Eating salt increases your blood pressure and leads to
hypertension…… well???? the wrong salt will do that

But what if I told you that everything you heard about salt
and sodium is just another nutrition lie?

I know this is hard to believe…

After all, every health institution, nutritionist and fitness website
under the sun tells you to avoid salt.

But the truth is that the guidelines on salt from most dietary
Associations are too low, and even downright
dangerous if you exercise a lot.

Salt is life in the body, we need the important electrolytes for proper hydration

Even worse — if you eat a very low salt diet, you’re setting
yourself up for many problems:

- Increased insulin resistance
- Increased blood triglycerides, LDL cholesterol and stress hormones
- Increased risk of stroke and heart attack
- Increased arterial plaque formation
- Overtraining-like symptoms, including hypertension and sleeping disorders
- Adrenal fatigue and cortisol increase

Salt is simply NOT the enemy for most people

(The only reason you’d want to watch your consumption salt intake very
closely is if you have specific renal or kidney problems,
or osteoporosis.)

HOWEVER, not all salts are created equal — far from it.

Always try to avoid common refined salt (table salt), and
use unrefined salt instead.

Refined salt contains 98.0% sodium chloride preferably bleached and heated at 2000 degrees F, the rest being a bunch
of added chemicals like, fluoride and many more other pollutants and toxins
which cause so many other side effect to the body.

Now, if you’re like me and you’re always looking for the
healthiest option out there, as in my career ive always focused on health first in my life as the most important aspect
you absolutely need to check out this pure, unrefined salt I’ve been using over the years.

The salt that i want to talk about is Known as the Himalayas as “white gold,” Himalayan Crystal Salt contains the same 84 natural minerals and elements found in the human body. This form of salt has also been maturing over the past 250 million years under intense tectonic pressure, creating an environment of zero exposure to toxins and impurities.
Himalayan salt’s unique cellular structure allows it to store vibrational energy. Its minerals exist in a colloidal form, meaning that they are tiny enough for our cells to easily absorb

Some of the health benefits of using natural Himalayan Crystal Salt may include:

Controlling the water levels within the body, regulating them for proper functioning and preventing water retention
Promoting stable pH balance in the cells, including the brain and alkalizing the body
Encouraging excellent blood sugar levels.
Aiding in reducing the common signs of aging
Promoting cellular hydroelectric energy creation
Promoting the increased absorption capacities of food elements within the intestinal tract (improving digestion)
Aiding vascular health
Supporting healthy respiratory function
Lowering incidence of sinus problems, and promoting over-all sinus health
Reducing cramps
Increasing bone strength
Naturally promoting healthy sleep patterns
Creating a healthy libido
Circulator support
Promotes kidney and gall bladder health when compared to common chemically treated salt

Good luck

The Benefits Of Dietary Fibre

by: Kevin Levrone

Dietary fibre is found in cereals, fruits and vegetables. Fibre is made up of the indigestible parts or compounds of plants, which pass relatively unchanged through our stomach and intestines. Fibre is mainly a carbohydrate. The main role of fibre is to keep the digestive system healthy.

Dietary fibre is mainly needed to keep the digestive system healthy. It also contributes to other processes, such as stabilising glucose and cholesterol levels. In countries with traditionally high-fibre diets, diseases such as bowel cancer, diabetes and coronary heart disease are much less common than in Western countries.

We suggest you intake at least 30g daily as there are so many benefits that these nutrients have to
offer:

*Weight Loss – Fibrous foods are often bulky and, therefore, filling. Soluble fibre forms a gel that slows down the emptying of the stomach and the transit time of food through the digestive system. This extends the time a person feels satisfied or ‘full’. It also delays the absorption of sugars from the intestines. This helps to maintain lower blood sugar levels and prevent a rapid rise in blood insulin levels, which has been linked with obesity and an increased risk of diabetes.

*Diabetes – for people with diabetes, eating a diet high in fibre slows glucose absorption from the small intestine into the blood. This reduces the possibility of a surge of insulin, the hormone produced by the pancreas to stabilise blood glucose levels.

LDL Cholesterol – There is good research studies done that show that soluble fibre reduces blood cholesterol levels. When blood cholesterol levels are high, fatty streaks and plaques are deposited along the walls of arteries. This can make them dangerously narrow and lead to an increased risk of coronary heart disease. Studies show soluble fibre lowers blood cholesterol by binding bile acids (which are made from cholesterol to digest dietary fats) and then excreting them out our system.

Basically, it’s one of those super nutrients that you should be aiming to consume with every meal, but before you start increasing your fiber intake, there’s one other very important thing you need to know. try gradually increasing your fibre slowly in your regimen, as it may cause alott of bloating and gas. But once your body gets accustomed to the high fibre content you wont have any of these issues.

You see, because fiber is primarily found in carb-containing foods like fruits, veggies, and whole grains, it is vitally important also to know that FIBRE acts like a washing system in the body, eg. picture a car and its pipes clogged up with full of oil and grease, surely the car wont perform at its optimal level, so basically the FIBRE cleans and washes the grease and oil, as the same way it does within your body. So what the fibre does it cleans and scrapes all the toxins, and excess waste stuck in your digestive tract.

Good Luck

The Problem with Dairy and Milk

by: Kevin Levrone

date: 2013-11-21 20:25:57

1. Pasteurized/Ultra-pasteurized
Heating milk destroys bacteria, but it also destroys enzymes, making it harder to digest. Many people diagnosed as lactose intolerant are only intolerant to pasteurized milk, because it lacks the enzymes necessary for digestion. The Campaign for Real Milk website notes that pasteurization’s worst offense is the fact that it makes most of the calcium in milk insoluble – meaning the body is unable to use it. However, the pasteurization of industrial milk is actually necessary, because it’s essentially dirty milk that would otherwise be dangerous.

Ultra-high temperature, or UHT, pasteurization, a processing method that heats milk to extreme temperatures, destroys virtually all the micro life within milk – making the proteins virtually indigestible. More than 80 percent of all the organic milk sold in the U.S. is UHT pasteurized.

2. Homogenized
Homogenization, a process often called “the worst thing dairymen have done to milk,” is the breaking down of fat molecules in milk through very high pressure. This stops the fat from rising to the top and creates a “consistent” product. It also makes milk fat toxic to the body. Homogenization releases the enzyme xanthine oxidase, which is damaging to the body once it’s broken into unnaturally small pieces. Arterial walls can begin to accumulate xanthine oxidase, which subsequently promotes heart disease.

3. Low fat/Non fat
When you consume low-fat or skim milk, not only are you drinking a denatured food, you’re contributing to obesity. A 2005 study published in Archives of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine followed 12,829 children ages 9 to 14 years. The study found that drinking reduced fat milk was associated with weight gain, whereas full-fat milk was not.

4. GMO grain-fed
Cows are meant to eat grass, not grains, which is why milk from grass-fed cows (raw milk) is much healthier. It’s notably higher in CLA – a fat that can help you maintain a healthy weight and lower your risk for heart disease. In general, grain-fed cows that live in CAFOs produce less healthy milk that’s lower in vitamins, minerals (particularly calcium) and omega-3 fats. As far as the GMO aspect goes, we’ve already seen what they do to pig’s stomachs.

5. Antibiotics
80 percent of the antibiotics sold in this country are fed to food animals, and 23,000 people die from antibiotic-resistant infections each year. Coincidence? Not likely. The FDA allows antibiotic residue in milk, because there’s really no way to avoid it, other than not using antibiotics. As a result, they decide what a safe level of antibiotic residue is, and that becomes the amount you’re exposed to.

6. Hormones
Hormone levels in industrial milk are high for two reason: Cows are treated with artificial growth hormones created by bio-tech companies (which are banned in many countries), and they are milked about 300 days a year – for much of that time, they are pregnant. Milk from a pregnant cow contains 33 times more of the estrogen known as estrone sulfate than milk from a non-pregnant cow. Nobody knows the extent of the risks presented by these dietary hormones, but there is plenty of concern in the scientific community about their possible link to cancer.

Raw milk
If you’re drinking raw, whole milk, you will, for the most part, avoid each of these issues. Despite what critics say about raw milk safety, the truth is that you’re chances of being hospitalized from drinking raw milk are about one in six million. In other words, you’re three times more likely to die in a plane crash than to be hospitalized from drinking raw milk. if its from a local source and good farmer with healthy and organic pastures, especially grass fed then the milk will be healthy with so much benefits
