It’s always a great privilege to be able to pick up the phone and call my good friend Shawn Ray, IFBB Pro Hall Of Fame legend, and get the inside scoop right here on TLR, and share it with all of you, uncut.
The latest news is the Shawn Ray’s Muscle Camp, 2010, New Jersey II, on December 11, which I’ll be attending. Check out the info on the Muscle Camp forum thread at musculardevelopment.com.
Big shout out to Shawn, looking forward to the 11th.
Peace, Kevin
