How’s it going Levrone Report fans?  Are you progressing with your fitness goals? Unfortunately, goals are often often short lived and it’s crazy, but most of the New Year's resolutions that people dedicated themselves to are already failed attempts...Most people have lost their motivation and end up quitting on themselves!

This is why the same goals always seem to pop back up for most people each year – broken dreams and self-sabotaged plans of action are still very important for people and so, it becomes a cyclical merry-go-round New Year after New Year after New Year…

Well, if getting in shape was one of your New Year’s goals, James and I, are ready to help you finally break the chains that have been holding you back from experiencing your greatest looking body yet!

By now, many of you know the basic tenets that make up a “total” workout regimen  – If you’re searching for the best workout plan, your fitness routine must include the following:

  1. Weight Training
  2. Cardio Training
  3. Proper Nutrition
  4. Sports Supplement Stack
  5. Rest & Recovery

James refers to these as the “Five Muscular Tiers” for body sculpting success. Like those three French soldiers, who protected the king, they were “all for one and one for all”; they didn’t act alone and could never achieve the level of success they did, unless they worked with each other – This is what allowed them to kick some serious ass!

Well, the very same principle applies to developing the body of your dreams. If all five of those tiers above are not kept in balance, the plan becomes weak and will likely falter – But, when you keep to all five and work them hard and consistently, you create a super well oiled machine and your body can’t help but create extraordinary results.

This is why so many people never achieve their fitness goals – they may set solid goals, but they don’t have a solid plan of action for making those goals a real reality.

The Best Workout Plan will contain:

At least 3 days of weight training a week
At least 3 days of cardio training a week
Eating smaller meals with the right combination of protein, fats and carbs
Quality sports supplements that give your body what food can’t – And this isn't just a slimy plug for my Kevin Levrone Signature Series line – I developed this line because the products are truly superior – they are the ONLY sports supplements that I trust and put into my body.
Enough sleep and rest from work to allow your body to recover and grow (I don’t necessarily mean muscle growth)

Here’s what a typical plan looks like for me and I’m ALWAYS changing some of the variables to keep it fresh and to keep me hungry enough to go after awesome results:

I weight train 5 to 6 days-a-week now-a-days - Here’s my split and I’ve included my cardio sessions with it:

Monday: Chest & Biceps – I also I performan hour of morning cardio

Tuesday: Legs – No cardio this day, as I drill my legs and I’d rather not fall ;)

Wednesday:  Off – I perform my hour of morning cardio

Thursday:  Back

Friday: Shoulders & Triceps

Saturday:  Full body - focusing on areas that need more improvement

Sunday: Off Completely

My weight training regimen is based on a periodized/cycling approach. I never allow my body to plateau and I do this my keeping my workouts fresh and exciting. When you’re an all natural athlete, your body has more of a tendency to adapt  - And if you’re using the same’ole workout for too long, your body/muscles will become acclimated to the stress and this when results cease to produce.

To avoid training plateaus from setting in and to keep my body guessing – James and I, call this “Muscle-Shuffling”, and it’s been the basis for all of James' best selling fitness books for more than sixteen years now. The man has 30 books published, to date!

For right now, I typically use a four week “training outcome” cycle – By “training outcome”, I mean what I expect to gain during each week’s workout sessions: One week I’ll train for Strength, the next Hypertrophy/Muscle Gain, the next Muscular Endurance and the next week I train for Power.

If you’d like to see some very detailed and direct plans of action or what you’ll soon call The Best Workout Plan, Ever, leave me a comment and let me know. If I hear from ya, I’ll get crackin on putting together a few workout plans what will help you build lean muscle, burn the that stubborn body fat and give you endurance for days!

As James always say's and I attest to, "the greatest workout is the one you’re not currently on!" That say’s it all, my Levrone Report family!

Keep Going & God Bless!
