I had the privilege to meet many of you at the Arnold Classic, a chance to catch up with old friends and colleagues. The Arnold Classic not only caters to bodybuilding but multi-sporting events as well.
A huge congratulations to Branch Warren for his second win. This after sustaining an injury that would have left most retiring. Brings back memories.
Next up is back in the gym with Bulldog Rob. Levrolympia is May 15th 2012. Here’s the question – Will YOU be ready?
peace,
Kevin
