TLR Guest Host, May 2011: All Hail Massiccio!

Massiccio has amassed over 2000 posts, and is third in line as the most frequent poster. These have been quality posts full of information, honesty, intelligence and support. He is a bonafide TLR legend of the highest order and today he gets his props.

Massiccio (Walter) is 42 and hails from Edinburgh. After a 16 year layoff, Massiccio resumed training in March, ’09, and the results and growth has been spectacular. The picture below shows Massiccio back in August, 2010, compared to where he is more recently. He has managed to cut up quite a bit and improve his symmetry and quality.

One of the many cool things about Mass is the detail of his transformation journal. Things got very interesting when he started thinking about competing. With a vision quest for April 23rd, Mass set out on a focused journey with tremendous results. He ultimately opted to sit that one out, he’s waiting for the right moment to make his stand.

With veiny abs, definition, size and drive, Massiccio is his toughest critic. The brothers of TLR are always there to remind him to appreciate his significant gains, and in turn, Mass is always quick to encourage and support others.
