Back when I was first getting into lifting and training, I had people like Stoney Levrone and Kahuna to look up to and show me the ropes. Spending time in the gym with outstanding athletes is probably the most valuable thing you can do for your physique and development.

This blog is created in that spirit. Please watch this back and trap video and know that it’s exactly how I would be if you and I were training partners. This is who I am and what I know.

Aside from having the best forum members in the sport, TLR allows you to train with me, and I’m honored to train with you. I can’t think of a more gratifying thing to do with my time. This is what I know best, and it’s great to give back and share it, and the process of sharing it helps me develop as an athlete and a teacher.

To those of you have stuck with me from day one, I salute you. To those of you who dropped off, it’s time to get back on the path. You are always welcome here. And to the newcomers, get ready. I’m about to turn up the heat going into Levrolympia 2011. That doesn’t just mean cutting. It means mass, baby. That’s right, MASS. Time to get to work.

Peace,

Kevin
