Today I’m fired up by the accomplishments of the community, especially Cabcutta and Cindy for dropping significant weight. A big shout out to Byron, the fat is indeed melting away and that back and shoulder definition is starting to come into play.

Members of the community have been putting in great efforts. The posts on the forums, the support for each other and the progress made by the leaders of our community is phenomenal.

The road is never easy, but the reward is worth it. There’s no turning back now. You have proven that you have the hearts of champions, now it’s full steam ahead to Levrolympia 2011.

Once again I’m trying new things I haven’t done on TLR. Working the Hammer Strength iso machines for chest, putting new tools in your arsenal. Pec deck and machine flies supersets, listening to my body, and upping the ante this past week.

Blowing out shoulders and tris with lateral dumbell raises / tricep EZ curl bar pushdown – four supersets. Getting that heart rate going – I’m trying to get crazy shredded for Levrolympia, that’s my goal. To be better than I was last year – that’s what it’s all about.

Peace,

Kevin

Thanks again to Grand Master Raul Cruz for this edit.

Thanks Rick for your training compilation for Levrolympia 2011. Can’t wait to see you bust out those horseshoe triceps – I know you worked long and hard and your progress is evident, the before/afters are going to be awesome. Things are heating up, it’s go time on TLR. TSSSSH-BAM!!
