The Fast, Ending. Something New, Beginning…

The fast has come to an end. It may seem like a minor thing, not as impressive as a 500 lb squat, but a three-day fast can be a life-changing event, uncovering dormant ideas and realizations that can last a long time and transform the path you’re on.

It all depends on what you bring into it. If you’re in a good place before a fast, then a fast is mostly physical. Sure, you’ll feel clarity, but it will be more of a physical cleansing.

However, if you go into it with conflicting thoughts and feelings, or the suspicion that you might be ready for a major change, a fast can create a paradigm shift in your outlook.

My outlook for the next few months is now clear. It’s once again about getting shredded – because life isn’t a straight line, you know what I’m talking about.

But this time some things will be different. You and TLR will be my partner as always, but this time I also need one other partner to train with me, someone who can take a similar journey and be in touch in an intensive way, one on one.

Could this one person be you? Do you have what it takes to get shredded with me? To be held personally accountable? To challenge me?

Do you have what it takes to train long-distance with me, where failure is not an option? Where nothing is done halfway? Think hard about that.

Thanks again to the Finger Man for his guidance on the phone yesterday. I had some issues with the sound for recording, so I can’t post it, but what he said came through loud and clear to me.

Which is why we’ll be going back to the Finger Man when we’re ready for a longer fast. A week, or more. If you follow the endless transformation with me, make no mistake, eventually it will take you into unusual territory.

Also, a big shout out to Reps Magazine. See first video below.

Peace,

Kevin
