Europa Show in Orlando: Awesome Experience

Busy weekend in Orlando, it was incredible to meet Cindy and her brothers in person. It’s the kind of moment that sticks with me. Plus, Raul Cruz was there, and I have some great video moments below.

If it wasn’t for TLR, these meetings wouldn’t be possible. We’re making a difference all over the world. What Cindy has accomplished, and continues to accomplish, blows me away.

I never had experiences like this while competing as a bodybuilder. Having the bond with Raul Cruz, getting that sense of purpose from meeting with Cindy. And the tons of people coming up to say positive things about TLR – it’s humbling and it fires me up like nothing else.

Also hung out with Flex Wheeler, Shawn Ray, Keith Thomas, Rich Gaspari and the guys from Europa. It’s one huge family of supplement owners, equipment makers, bodybuilders, fans, and first-timers like Cindy. It felt like a family reunion.

Shows like this give us ALL the opportunity to meet new people and get involved with an industry that, at its best, inspires people and changes lives.

On the competition: Winner Cedric McMillan in my opinion, has the frame to be Mr. Olympia someday. It will require visualization and trusting his own instincts.

My advice to Cedric after pre-judging: your own inner strength is the key, tap into that power and it will be the factor. Real champions find that belief, that trust in themselves, that allows them to listen to their bodies and do what needs to be done.

Speaking of what needs to be done…Levrolympia is at the halfway point. We got till May 15th.
