Please take a second to answer the poll at the top of the sidebar. (Poll closed 2/1/10) Then share the reasons for your answer in more detail in the comments section below.

This poll is just to get a sense of who’s doing what in this community. It’s not meant as a judgment either way. Very interested to hear from you on this. Out.

How We Roll

Here’s something I want to show you. With Mr. Olympia around the corner, thoughts of my past flood my memory. Some good, some bad. One bright spot in my career was being on the open road. When it came to shows, getting there was always the fun part.

It’s still that way with me. It’s the ride, not the destination, that matters. I know you’re wondering where this “bus” is headed, this LevroneReport.com bus we’re all on. It’s headed in the right direction. Just enjoy the ride. Share on the forum. Take the time to post your videos. Comment and support the bold efforts of others.

I’m still training, still fighting. Holding on to these gains, enjoying the fruits of my labors. I’ll be showing you the kind of intensity required to hold on to my gains in a training video next.

Video was taken very spontaneously so forgive the camera work, I did it with the webcam on the laptop. Keepin’ it real.

More End Of Transformation #2 Photos

Here are a few more shots. These look a little different from last night’s post, they were shot after my workout today, and I’m pretty carbed up as well, which swells the muscles. These are posed and photographed in a way to highlight some of the size gains, as well as the increased definition.

My weight as of this photo today is a well-hydrated 232 lbs, and I’m estimating my body fat at 4.5%. My lower back is a lot leaner – some of the back fat I was still carrying at the end of Transformation #1 has melted away. So I lost around 10 lbs of fat while adding density and a little more size to the muscles.

It’s with great pleasure that I post a new video. Thanks for sticking around and waiting – means a lot to me. And to those of you who worked hard the past week, way to work.

This obstacle course adds variety to the workout, it’s intense and works everything. Check back tomorrow for the boxing gym post. Let’s do this, stay with me, we got a few weeks left to get ripped.

I had a chance to go through the forum and add around ten or twelve comments. I like the energy you guys are bringing to the forum. I feel fortunate to have you here. Notta, I agree the forum template is a little narrow, I’ll get on that. SUPERMAN asked how often you can train abs. See my answer to that and other questions on the forum. Always feel free to question authority. Out.
