I’ve made a personal commitment to myself that I would get in the best shape possible for this years 2014 Summer Transformation and I’ll be damned if I fail. I’m throwing this all out there fellas with no fear, no worries and no excuses.

I can tell in the seriousness of ur voice and demeaner that ur commited to doin this all the way thru. I’ve been there too bro wen u feel like ur the only one throwin down and everyone else is lookin the other way then later those exact same folks try to pat u on the back to congratulate u on wut u’ve done. It is powerful thou wen u can change the minds of those non-believers into believers. I realize too that u will not win the hearts and minds of every single individual but that’s ok too. As long as u stay true to urself then nothing else matters. Peace
